Internship Compensation & Conversion Policy
All internships at Entwy begin with a 1-month probationary evaluation period. During this period, performance, consistency, ownership, and cultural alignment are assessed.
If successfully cleared, the internship becomes paid, and stipend details are issued immediately thereafter.
If performance does not meet expectations, the internship may remain unpaid or be discontinued.
Exceptional interns are prioritized for full-time placement upon graduation or program completion, based on business needs and performance maturity.
